White spiral staircase and living room of a repainted villa

Building painting

Interior painting for villas, apartments and business premises

Properly prepared walls and ceilings, harmonious colours and clean finishes, room by room.

Interior painting is the fastest way to transform a home or a workplace. COLOR HOME works in villas, apartments, offices and shops, in new builds and renovations alike, with one rule: careful substrate preparation before any finishing coat.

We help you choose colours, finishes (matt, eggshell, satin) and the right products for each room: living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and hallways. The site is protected, organised and handed over clean.

Definition — Interior painting covers substrate preparation (filling, sanding, skim coating, priming) followed by finishing coats on walls, ceilings and woodwork. How long the result lasts depends mainly on preparation and on choosing the right finish for the room’s use.

Applications

  • Villas and houses: living areas, bedrooms, double-height halls
  • New apartments or units to refresh before renting or selling
  • Offices, practices and reception areas
  • Wet rooms: kitchens and bathrooms with suitable paints
  • Stairwells, corridors and common areas

Frequently asked questions

Which finish should I choose for a living room or bedroom?

Matt or eggshell hides small defects better and gives a soft look, ideal for bedrooms and ceilings. Satin is more washable and suits hallways, kitchens and children’s rooms.

How many coats of paint are needed?

Usually one primer and two finishing coats. The exact number depends on the substrate and on the original and new colours; we specify it in the quote.

Can you paint an occupied home?

Yes. We work room by room, protect furniture and use low-odour products where possible.
