Contemporary white villa with freshly painted facade

Building painting

Exterior painting for villas and buildings

External walls, parapets, boundary walls and metalwork: lasting protection against sun, rain and sea air.

In Morocco, exterior surfaces face strong sunshine, temperature swings and, on the coast, salty air. Successful exterior painting therefore starts with a substrate diagnosis and products chosen for these conditions.

COLOR HOME paints the exteriors of villas, residences and commercial buildings: facade walls, boundary walls, railings, gates and metal elements, with scaffolding when height requires it.

Definition — Exterior painting protects and enhances weather-exposed surfaces (render, concrete, metal, wood) with a suitable system: cleaning, crack repair, priming and finishing coats based on resins designed for outdoor use.

Applications

  • Villas and detached houses
  • Boundary walls, parapets and terraces
  • Apartment buildings and residences

Frequently asked questions

When should a villa exterior be repainted?

When the paint chalks (powder on your fingers), flakes, fades strongly or cracks appear. Acting early avoids heavier render repairs.

What is the best time of year for exterior painting?

Avoid rain, strong wind and peak heat in direct sun. Spring and autumn are often ideal; the schedule follows each facade’s exposure.

Do cracks need treating before painting?

Yes. An untreated crack will show through the paint again. Depending on its width it is filled or treated with a flexible system.
