Before a sale, a new tenancy, a change of use or simply to modernise an interior, we provide a clear, costed work programme.

Frequently asked questions
Can you paint directly over old paint?
Yes if it is sound and well bonded, after washing and light sanding. Flaking paint must be removed.
How are damp stains treated before repainting?
First find and stop the source of moisture, let it dry, then treat the substrate. Painting over it does not solve the problem.
Do you renovate building common areas?
Yes: lobbies, stairwells, landings and facades, scheduled around the building’s daily life.
