Local context in Dakhla
Dakhla combines constant wind, salty air and strong sunshine: a very demanding environment for facades and metals. Tourist businesses are multiplying.

Should the ceiling be painted before the walls?
Yes, start with the ceiling so splashes do not mark finished walls.
